Operator and acceptance

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and WaveApp LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account, joining a family, or using ClaimBell, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Eligibility, accounts, and authority

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Family owners control membership and workspace settings. You must have authority to add people, contact details, birthdays, reminder destinations, and other content, and to send invitations or request reminder consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClaimBell to break the law; harass, deceive, or spam people; bypass consent or unsubscribe choices; upload malware; probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where law expressly permits; infringe rights; or submit content you are not authorized to process. Do not publish invitation, consent, or action links.

Reminders and delivery disclaimer

ClaimBell helps organize reminders but does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or action at a particular time. Networks, devices, providers, permissions, consent, calendars, timezones, and outages can delay or prevent delivery. Do not rely on ClaimBell for emergencies, medical care, legal deadlines, safety-critical duties, or any situation where a missed alert could cause serious harm.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Prices, included features, trial terms, billing interval, taxes, and renewal date are shown before purchase. Unless checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the same interval until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not delete account or family data. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Cancellations and refunds

Web subscriptions can be managed through the ClaimBell billing portal. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases must be managed or refunded through that store. Except where the checkout states otherwise or law requires a refund, payments are non-refundable after service is provided. Billing errors may be reported to [email protected]; mandatory cooling-off and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party platforms and services

Identity, app stores, billing, delivery, analytics, error monitoring, hosting, and other integrations may have separate terms. ClaimBell is responsible for its own obligations but is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Your content and license

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant ClaimBell the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, process, synchronize, back up, analyze when requested, and deliver that content to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for the content and permissions you provide.

Family workspaces and deletion

Family records are collaborative. Owners can manage members, export data, and delete the family. A member deleting an account leaves shared family records with the family unless the owner deletes them. An owner must transfer ownership or delete the family before deleting the owner's account. See claimbell.com/account/delete for the complete process and retention details.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using ClaimBell at any time. ClaimBell may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security or legal risk, non-payment, or discontinuation, with notice where reasonably possible. Export, deletion, and retention remain subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Service disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, ClaimBell is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every family workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimBell and the operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability arising from ClaimBell will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for ClaimBell in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where unlawful, or liability that cannot be limited.

Changes, governing law, and disputes

ClaimBell may update these terms with appropriate notice. The terms are governed by State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction where law permits. Mandatory consumer rights and a consumer's lawful local forum remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] first so the parties can try to resolve a dispute informally.
