Delete in ClaimBell
Sign in, open Settings > Data and privacy, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. The web, mobile, and desktop apps use the same account deletion service. If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, request deletion from this page by emailing the privacy address from the email associated with the account.
Before deleting
Export any family data you want to keep. If you own a family, transfer ownership or delete that family first. If you have an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it in the store before deletion; deleting the ClaimBell account does not cancel store billing.
What happens immediately
ClaimBell anonymizes the account email and external identity in the primary application database, revokes every ClaimBell session and registered device, removes the active membership, and stops account-linked delivery. The deleted account cannot be restored by signing in again.
Shared family records
Family records are collaborative and controlled by the family owner. Deleting a member account does not erase reminders, people, jobs, or dates that remain in the shared family workspace. Ask the owner to delete specific records. An owner can delete the whole family before deleting the owner's account.
Residual and required records
Deleted family data is unavailable in the product immediately but encrypted disaster-recovery backups may retain a residual copy for up to six months under the rolling backup schedule. ClaimBell may retain limited consent, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, or transaction records when reasonably necessary or legally required. Those records are isolated from normal product use.
Manual requests and confirmation
Email [email protected] with the subject “ClaimBell account deletion” from the account email. Include only the information needed to identify the account; do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or action links. ClaimBell may ask for identity verification and will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention.
